We have two headers in a row here with no content in between (violates the style guide's "no stacked headings" rule) and generally inconsistent with every sibling .cache group (enterprise.scanner.cache, enterprise.vex.cache, cache.schematic), which each have a one-line description. Suggested: add "Cache contains configuration for caching SPDX documents."
