Validated locally, but I am not releasing this as an opportunistic dependency PR. 0.10 -> 0.11 is a direct pre-1.0 minor bump tied to digest trait changes and should be handled in a focused dependency-modernization pass with API/MSRV review. v0.3.0 shipped without this bump.
