Validated locally, but I am not releasing this as an opportunistic dependency PR. 0.8 -> 1.1 is a direct major dependency move and should be handled in a dedicated dependency-modernization pass with explicit MSRV/API/config parsing review. v0.3.0 shipped without this bump. |
