Not sure where we end up putting them, but this is a simple way to preview them.

Note that the svgs are generated by python scripts, so we need to keep them in the repo to allow for changes.

The text is just to tell a story, but 95% of the work is in the animations. So happy to change everything about the text.

I made a PR on the docs with this content but kept both the existing layer-stack diagram + Rust code example and the PR's network narrative, since they explain different things. If you'd rather the page be leaner, we can just cut it but lmk what you think. n0-computer/docs.iroh.computer#74

Also add a temporary dark mode toggle and correct some details in the hole punching animation

@okdistribute I have updated the SVGs so they should work better in dark mode without having to put in a white background. Not perfect, but I am trying to go with fixed colours that work for both cases instead of trying some complex dynamic colour scheme.
