CONTRIBUTING.md: the getting-started flow (nix develop,just check,just fix), themain-vs-devbranch-targeting rule, the Cross-Package Sync expectation, the code-style rules, and the review flow. It is the guide I wish I had had before opening #2163 as one 73-file PR.No code changes.
