Updates both README.md and README.zh-CN.md.

Install section

  • Keeps install via xlings (recommended) prominent.
  • Folds the remaining methods into an Other options group, each a
    collapsible <details>:
    • Option 1 — one-line install script
    • Option 2 — Arch Linux (AUR): yay -S mcpp-bin (prebuilt) / mcpp-m (source)
    • Option 3 — AI assistant prompt

New "Who's Using mcpp" section

Between Documentation and Contributing — a table of real ecosystem projects:

Project
mcpp self-hosted, 43+ C++23 modules
xlings toolchain/package foundation (openxlings/xlings)
tinyhttps C++23 HTTP/HTTPS client
llmapi LLM API client
imgui-m Dear ImGui C++23 module
cmdline CLI parser

…with "more → mcpplibs · mcpp-index" links. All URLs verified live.

Opening for review (not auto-merged).

…mcpp"

- Install: keep "via xlings (recommended)" prominent, fold the rest into an
  "Other options" group of <details> blocks — Option 1 one-line script,
  Option 2 Arch/AUR (mcpp-bin / mcpp-m), Option 3 AI assistant.
- Add a "Who's Using mcpp" section (between Documentation and Contributing)
  listing real ecosystem projects (mcpp, xlings, tinyhttps, llmapi, imgui-m,
  cmdline) with a pointer to mcpplibs + mcpp-index.
- Mirror both changes in README.zh-CN.md.
