On second thoughts, we might not want to merge this. The provider does work. I was able to get a cluster spinning on hetzner. However, the documentation and transparency of cloudfleet as a company / service is not great. Everything on their end is a complete black box without (IMO) proven track record. My project chose put our trust elsewhere. If we want these provider to not only mirror any random terraform setup that exists, but actually be curated for recommended services / providers, this PR should probably be closed instead of merged. |

Adds the Cloudfleet Kubernetes Engine (CFKE) Terraform provider so it can be used from SST.
Verified locally that
pulumi package add terraform-provider terraform.cloudfleet.ai/cloudfleet/cloudfleetgenerates cleanly from Cloudfleet's custom registry, exposingCfkeCluster,CfkeFleet,CfkeSelfManagedNode, and data sources.
