• rename the public MCP opener from open_workspace to open_project
• replace model-facing workspaceId inputs/outputs with projectId
• shorten opened project IDs to proj_<8 hex chars>
• update UI card handling, docs, and bundled subagent skill to use project terminology
• remove legacy open_workspace UI/card support
