The app_links and msix upgrades were freshly resolved together on current main, preserving the existing Flutter Rust Bridge lockfile work rather than taking this PR's stale lockfile. The app_links 7.2.0 upgrade also required migrating the Windows runner to the plugin-exported SendAppLinkToInstance().

Validation completed successfully: flutter pub get, flutter analyze, flutter test, Flutter Rust Bridge generation, cargo check, cargo clippy, cargo test, Windows release build, and MSIX creation/package inspection.
