Fixes SYNTH-27607
Adds a Mobile device families subsection to the Mobile Application Testing page. It explains that a device family represents a set of devices that share common characteristics, that selecting a family lets Datadog run the test on an available device in that family at run time, and that built-in families appear as options in the device-selection dropdown.
