[Bug]: When turn off `Chinese IME` , duplicate characters appear.

Current Behavior

the Use Case :
I want to input English example , but I forget to turn off my Chinese IME:

At this point, I turn off my input method:

duplicate test will appear.

macOS's builtin Terminal and iTerm / iTerm2 do not have this bug.

Expected Behavior

When I turn off the input method, the characters I've already typed should display in the terminal only once.
