What changes are you suggesting?
The REST API documentation mentions that the Copilot usage metrics reports are generated daily:
Reports are generated daily and made available for download through signed URLs with a limited expiration time.
However, running this API does not provide me with data from the day before (T-1) when it is being run on early mornings in timezones between GMT+10 to GMT+8. I am only able to obtain T-1 report data later in the day. I suspect that the report on T-1 is only available after 12AM GMT, however I would appreciate if Github could clarify the actual time that the report is ready which includes the timezone.
This clarification will help people to set up better data refresh times to align with Github's data readiness report so that usage monitoring can be done as soon as the data is available.
